Delivery terms vary depending on your country and your continent and depending on your order amount. Therefore, we invite you to see below the details of your country.

We ship all over the world, except possibly some countries at war or whose borders are currently closed.

The shipping is free for the France from 60 € purchase (including Corsica and Monaco). Below this amount, it is ask a flat fee of 5.90 €.

For most countries of the world and the French overseas territories, the shipping costs and the free thresholds are automated depending the amount of your order. They appear in your shopping cart before payment and are detailed below.

For countries whose shipping costs are not indicated or automated on the website, they must first be subject to a mutual agreement on the amount. The shipping costs will be those of the post or carrier, send us a request through the section “Contact” and we'll give you an answer within 48 hours.

In some European countries, you can choose an another shipping method that the Colissimo with home delivery : delivery to a trader Colissimo tracking (also called So-Colissimo) and Point Relay delivery by the Mondial Relay network. These latter possibilities are very interesting : the package arrives in the place you have chosen, you are notified by email or SMS and you get it back at your convenience in a large time range.

- The delivery in a point relays by the Mondial Relay network.

For Luxembourg :

The shipping is free from 90 € purchase. Below this amount, it is ask a flat fee of 9.90 €.

You can choose between the following options :

- The delivery in a point relays by the Mondial Relay network.

Zone 1 - Germany :

The shipping is free from 90 € purchase. Below this amount, it is ask a flat fee of 9.90 €. The delivery to your home will be made by the post in Colissimo or by the Mondial Relay network.

Zone 1a - Netherlands :

The shipping is free from 90 € purchase. Below this amount, it is ask a flat fee of 9.90 €. The delivery to your home will be conducted by mail by Colissimo.

Zone 2 - Spain* :

The shipping is free from 110 € purchase. Below this amount, it is ask a flat fee of 11.90 €.

You can choose between the following options :

- Delivery to your home by mail by Colissimo or by the Mondial Relay network.

- The delivery in a point relays by the Mondial Relay network.

Zone 2b - Ireland, Switzerland :

Zone 3 - Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia :

The shipping is free from 120 € purchase. Below this amount, it is ask a flat fee of 13.90 €. The delivery to your home will be conducted by mail by Colissimo.

Zone 4 - Finland, Greece, Iceland, North Africa, Norway, Sweden, Turkey, other countries in Eastern Europe, specific islands and territories of Spain and Portugal (Azores, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Madeira, Melilla) :

The shipping is free from 140 € purchase. Below this amount, it is ask a flat fee of 14.90 €. The delivery to your home will be conducted by mail by Colissimo.

For all other foreign countries :

Concerning foreign countries all over the world that are not specified above, unfortunately it's impossible to offer you a free threshold because the shipping costs are high. By cons, we can deliver without minimum order. The shipping costs will be those at cost of the post or of carrier depending on the weight of your package. Send us a request via the "Contact", indicating the references and names of the products you wish to order and we will reply within 48 business hours.
