SECTION 2 - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The command of one or more products on the website implies acceptance by the customer of all these terms and conditions. This acceptance is in no way conditioned to a handwritten signature.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS, PRICE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Every effort has been made by Vital Perfect to ensure maximum accuracy of information describing the products on the site. However, the text and photos are not contractual and small differences or rendered images may exist. The photos and texts on this site are the exclusive property of Vital Perfect. These photos and texts can not be used under any circumstances without the consent of Vital Perfect.

The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes and not including shipping. The products remain the property of Vital Perfect until full payment. Vital Perfect reserves the right to change prices at any time. Of course, the products ordered will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time of registration of the customer's order.

Concerning the foreign countries, the prices of our products are the same for all countries of the world, we do not refund VAT to individual consumers, nor for any customs fees. Customs charges, if any, are payable by the client. Similarly, it's the responsibility of customer that must ensure that our products are allowed in his country. In the case of a blockage of the parcel by the administrative authorities or disappearance of the parcel, the customer will not be entitled to any refund or compensation from us.

Any offer to sell means subject to availability. Indirect payment by sending (in this case, the package is sent after receiving your payment) :

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING

All our parcels are perfectly discreet and well sealed. The majority of orders are processed in the order in the same day or the next working day and shipped immediately. Then, the shipping time depends on postal service or carrier (for the delivery times observed, See the section "FAQ").

Vital Perfect can never be held responsible for any delay or the impossibility to sent, in the following exceptional cases : out of stock or unavailable, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services, means transportation or communication networks, war, riots, accidents, natural disasters ...

The charges for shipments of parcels are automated depending on your country and amount of the order and they appear in the basket before checkout.

The shipping is free for the France from 60 € purchase (including Corsica and Monaco). Below this amount, it is ask a flat fee of 5.90 €.

To foreign countries and overseas territories, we specify the charges for shipments of parcels and thresholds of free shipping in the section "shipping expenses in details ". For countries whose shipping costs are not indicated or automated on the website, they must first be subject to a mutual agreement on the amount of postage. The shipping costs will be those of the post or carrier, a response will be given to the customer within 48 hours.

SECTION 7 - LOYALTY BONUS POINTS AND SPONSORSHIP

Loyalty bonus points:

They are valid during one year and at any time with a command, the customer can deduct his points at the time of payment. His point balance appears clearly and it chooses to click or keep. For example, with only 200 points, it earn already 10 € ; with only 500 points, it earn already 25 € ... 

Rewards for sponsorship:

The best trust of customer for our brand is to recommend us to his friends. It is normal that we were rewarding with an additional cumulation of 200 points (equivalent to 10 €) and his friends sponsored have the same benefits that a new customer. It suffice that every friend sponsored gives us the name and surname of sponsor during its first order and we credit the sponsor account with 200 points.

SECTION 8 - RIGHT OF RETRACTATION

The legislation allows any consumer distance to have a right of retractation for 14 day, under his sole and entire responsibility.
